Richard Petitti

Richard’s career includes over 19 years experience as an executive recruiter with Lucas & Associates. His expertise lies in the industrial manufacturing area with special emphasis on raw materials like plastics, chemicals and fibers. Richard has been ‘legendary in the Plastics Industry’ working with companies that are in the top Fortune 50 to $50 Million in size. He has filled countless positions from field sales and marketing to Executive level, primarily on the commercial side of the business.

Richard has earned numerous accolades to include: Rookie of the year, Recruiter of the Year, The Sterling Club, President’s Club and many more. As an executive Partner with The Lucas Group, he billed and collected over five Million dollars in fees and served for 3 years as a member of the executive committee and was featured on several ‘top producer’ panels as a speaker for the industry.

Prior to entering the executive search business, Richard was involved in a very wide variety of businesses from Women’s apparel, photography, financial services and a distinguished winery in Florence Italy.

He recently Joined Pinnacle Search Partners – a Prestigious Executive search firm out of Atlanta – after 2 years of retirement. Richard said: “I thought I was ready for retirement but really missed the business, missed the people. Doing what you love to do is really what retirement is about…so I’m back in the business!!”

Richard attended Robert Morris College in Pittsburg, Pa and he resides in Roswell, GA with his wife and 2 children.
