What We Do
We primarily identify candidates through non-traditional means who are employed and are not actively seeking career changes. The majority of our candidates are interviewed extensively in person following a successful telephone screening. Our clients select candidates who fulfill the position profile requirements instead of having to alter the position to fit the candidate. Allowing us to identify and qualify appropriate candidates provides you and your staff time to do what you do best operate your business. We maintain confidentiality in all of our searches so your company identity is only revealed to qualified candidates and then only in the latter phase of the search. We conduct our searches in a way which insures that both our clients and our candidates are represented in an honest and professional manner.
