This person should be a vibrant and self-motivated individual and will cover a specific defined geographical area within the continental United States. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Sales, the ideal candidate must maximize sales potential within the territory by nurturing a large existing customer base while continuously identifying and growing new and potential customers.
This person is responsible for developing a targeted and loyal clientele, providing them with support and advice about the products offered by the company. They will use the company’s expertise and resources to maintain existing customers and recruit new business by working closely with supervisors and other key personnel.

Our client is a leading U.S. manufacturer and distributor of building materials, including gypsum wallboard, portland cement, recycled paperboard, and concrete and aggregates. The construction industry uses its products to build and renovate America's residential, commercial, and industrial structures and improve its public infrastructure.
As a key member of the local Leadership Team, the Controller will report to the local VP of Operations. This position will be a key strategic role in the overall management of the company, partnering with Sales and Operations to help drive profitability. The Controller will have primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities of the business. This position will provide leadership and coordination for finance, forecasting, accounting and job costing of the local business. The position will be responsible for managing a team of approximately five people that process payroll, bill customers, pay vendors and produce monthly financial statements (these employees are already in place).

Our client is one of the largest Thermoplastic Resin Distributors in the country, looking for someone to take over their Midwest Territory (KS, MO, NE). With about $6M of existing business to be inherited and tons of growth potential, we are looking for an up-and-coming outside seller who is ready to take over and expand a book of business. Plastics or Chemicals experience is a plus, but not required. Compensation includes a competitive base salary, uncapped commissions, benefits, and a car allowance.
Professionally cover and manage the assigned territory. Individual carries out responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include soliciting, planning, account visits/travel and soliciting the appropriate support from the company’s resources.
