Sturdivant Marrs is celebrating her 20^th year in executive search. During her career, she has helped clients with critical hires in the Construction & Engineering, Manufacturing, and Services industries. She has deep experience identifying key finance & accounting talent, as well as operations & supply chain leadership, and building high-functioning sales teams. Sturdivant has a track record of placing executives, including CFOs and VPs of FP&A, Accounting, Manufacturing, and Business Development. Sturdivant has the innate ability to understand an organization’s unique culture and thrives on helping companies find their greatest asset – their people. She is known for her exceptional service and intuition. She is passionate about finding the needle in a haystack!

Sturdivant graduated from the University of South Carolina’s Moore School of Business. Sturdivant and her husband live in Austin, Texas, with their two sons and Labrador Retriever.
