Alex St. Marie is a key member of Pinnacle’s Private Equity search practice. While he is extremely versatile in the scope of projects he has undertaken, much of his focus has been on locating and delivering VP to C-suite talent into private equity-backed, middle-market portfolio companies, and at the Board level, across various industries. He is largely focused on placing finance & accounting, commercial, and M&A leaders and building their teams. Alex possesses a keen sense of urgency and strives to thoroughly understand his client's needs in order to help them build the best team for future growth.

Prior to entering the search field, Alex spent several years in outside sales for a leading healthcare solutions company. He began his career post-college as a door-to-door sales contractor selling educational products to families in various socio-economic situations. It was here that he developed his foundation of assessing his client's needs through a consultative and empathetic approach. Alex has a bachelor’s degree in Criminology from Florida State University and is an avid music and Atlanta Falcons fan.
