Cam Roberts is a Research Manager at Pinnacle Search Partners. Before joining the Pinnacle team, Cam was a Senior Researcher at Charles Aris Executive Search in Greensboro, NC, where he focused on developing search strategies and building out pipelines for the retail/CPG/hospitality practice, helping to place current & former strategy consultants from the Big Three consulting firms. Cam enjoys working across an array of Pinnacle's recruiting practices as well as helping to improve our research processes. With a background in academic librarianship, Cam's professional interests include instructional design, emerging technologies, and usability testing. He earned his Master of Library & Information Science from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and his BA in Theatre (minor in English) from Wake Forest University. In his free time, Cam enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, reading, and listening to podcasts and audiobooks. He lives in Winston-Salem, NC, with his wife, Elise, and cats: Sheba, Gemma, and Ru.
