With more than 25 years of expertise in the Executive Search arena, Cathy de Martino is knowledgeable in all facets of the recruiting industry. Her goal is to help her clients achieve enhanced efficiency, profitability, and success. In her Advisory role with Pinnacle Search Partners, she has helped in the design and execution of systems to facilitate growth in the organization.

Cathy began her career in management with Sara Lee Corporation, and moved to the Atlanta based search firm Lucas Group in 1987 where she was responsible for leading the national growth and expansion of the executive search division. The primary areas of focus were Consumer Goods, Industrial Manufacturing, Medical, Technology, and Human Resources. Under her tenure, the group grew to over 100 recruiters. Cathy's passion lies in helping both individual owners and entire firms to take full advantage of their strengths to succeed in the current business environment.

Cathy is recognized as an expert in the recruitment field, and has been quoted in many trade and national publications including The Wall Street Journal. She is a graduate of Stonehill College and currently resides in Atlanta, GA.
