Chavie Sosa is a Principal in the Private Equity Practice at Pinnacle Search Partners. She was previously a Principal and Private Equity Practice Lead at Chamberlain Advisors, where she led executive searches for private equity-backed companies, drove internal strategy and marketing, as well as business development. She established and hosts a monthly Chicago Women in Private Equity breakfast series to build community among local women in private equity.  Prior to Chamberlain Advisors, Chavie was a Senior Associate at Financial Decisions, a private wealth management firm in New York, where she helped manage investment portfolios for private clients. She started her career as an Associate at the Win-Win Coalition, where she helped facilitate partnerships between corporations and women’s funds to build women’s empowerment programs.

She earned her BA in History from Barnard College and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management where she studied human capital management and data analytics with a focus on building unbiased hiring algorithms.
