In addition to recruitment, she worked in human resources earlier in her career, which only added to her expertise in understanding the people side of business. She has a proven track record in assisting clients in filling niche roles with hard-to-find candidates. She resides in Auburn, Alabama, with her husband and two sons, Gregory and Charlie.
