Lindsay Fluke leads Pinnacle Search’s CFO-Suite practice, bringing extensive executive search experience gained over 20 years of placing Finance & Accounting leaders in the C-Suite – Chief Financial Officer, Chief Accounting Officer – and their Right & Left hands of VP FP&A and Controller, to leaders of Treasury, Tax, Pricing, Procurement, Internal Audit, among others.

Lindsay’s Finance & Accounting foundation was built on her six years in Advisory and Internal Audit Services with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Washington, DC and Arthur Andersen’s Assurance Services Practice in Paris, France. In these roles, she primarily served Fortune 500 communications and hospitality REIT clients.

Drawing upon her various experiences, Lindsay engages clients in deep dialogue about their business, culture, and growth goals to assess their needs and to develop a targeted search strategy to deliver top talent. She has an uncanny ability to identify “the right fit” between candidates and clients. Her clients are private equity-backed, privately held, and public companies across a range of industries including manufacturing, logistics & distribution, consumer products, and B2B and B2C distributed services.

Lindsay graduated magna cum laude with her BBA in Accounting from James Madison University. She and her husband, Douglas, live in Atlanta with their two children and Cavapoo, Murphy. She speaks rusty fluent French and enjoys cooking, baking bread, travel with family, exercise and volunteers for several Atlanta-based nonprofits.
