Sturdivant Marrs has more than 17 years of experience in executive search and is known for her exceptional service and intuition. She has the innate ability to understand an organization’s unique culture and thrives on helping companies build their greatest asset – their people. Her area of expertise is consulting with senior executives on a myriad of topics including broad growth initiatives, recruiting tactics, compensation recommendations, talent assessments and OD strategies, as well as crafting the right profile to fill a critical position. Her experience spans multiple industries and functions. She is passionate about finding the needle in a haystack!

Prior to joining Pinnacle Search Partners, Sturdivant was the Founder and Managing Director of Parker Oliver Executive Search. Prior to that, she served as Director of Purchasing for Imagine It! The Children’s Museum of Atlanta. Sturdivant graduated from the University of South Carolina’s Moore School of Business with an emphasis in Retailing/Merchandising. Sturdivant and her husband James live in Austin, Texas with their sons, Patrick and Kircher, and Labrador Retriever, Millie.
