Jackson Lourie works with small to mid-sized companies, with extensive experience placing leaders in mid-market, private equity-backed organizations across finance and accounting, operations, sales, and other key executive functions. He is known for quickly identifying and recruiting top talent, often securing the hire from the first group of candidates presented. A former professional pitcher drafted by the Atlanta Braves, Jackson spent three years in their minor league system before working in player development and professional scouting, where he sharpened his skills in evaluating talent.

Born and raised in Atlanta, he holds a bachelor’s degree from Rhodes College and a master’s degree from Georgetown University. In his free time, Jackson enjoys watching sports, playing golf, spending time with family at the lake, and staying active on his Peloton bike.
