Jim Scapin brings more than 25 years of niche executive search experience to Pinnacle Search Partners. Specializing in developing effective recruitment strategies in the Information Technology arena, Jim joined the Pinnacle team in 2016 to add to our expertise in this high demand sector. He has conducted searches at senior management levels across the US and Europe for companies that operate in virtually every sector including technology, manufacturing, medical device, power generation, financial services, pharmaceutical and not-for-profit.

Additionally, Jim has provided consulting services on-site to several major organizations including Dell, Coca Cola, Alstom Power and Merial providing him firsthand knowledge of the corporate perspective, which gives him invaluable insight into the mindset of his clients. Jim was the President for the Georgia Association of Personnel Services and a board member for 6 years. He also served on the board of directors for the National Association of Personal Consultants for 3 years. He has the unique ability to quickly develop a clear understanding of the company’s requirements and culture and how this translates into the successful completion of the search. Jim’s drive to deliver excellence and his commitment to high standards motivate both him and the individuals who work with him. Jim is a graduate of the University of North Georgia.
