He has built a well-known reputation based on strong ethics and consultative partnerships with both his candidates and clients. Richard's passion for plastics is contagious. He provides a meaningful experience and intelligent perspectives to executives in mid-size to Fortune 50 organizations. Prior to joining the Pinnacle team, Richard was an Executive Senior Partner with Lucas Group, where he led the chemicals group and achieved career billings of more than five million dollars. He served for three years as a member of the Lucas Executive Committee and was featured on numerous ‘top producer’ panels.

Richard has won innumerable search industry awards which include Rookie of the Year, Recruiter of the Year, President's Club, Dom Perignon Award, and the prestigious "Sterling Club Award.“ Before entering the recruiting field, he was a successful business executive in the apparel, wine, photography, and financial services arenas. Richard attended Robert Morris College in Pittsburgh, PA, is an avid golfer and a true fan of the game of baseball. He resides in Roswell and has four children.
