Bill Creekmuir Announced As Keynote Speaker For RSM Atlanta CFO Networking Event On October 10, 2018
Sandy Springs, GA (PSP) October 10, 2018 – RSM Atlanta CFO Network has announced that Bill Creekmuir, President of Pinnacle Search Partners, will deliver a keynote address at their kickoff event on October 10th, 2018 at One Atlantic Center in Atlanta. This newly created CFO Networking group has been formed as a collaboration between RSM, Challenger Gray & Christmas, The McCracken Institute and FENG. Also appearing at the event will be Lindsay Fluke, Executive Search Consultant, to represent the finance search team. The purpose of the event is to join CFOs, controllers and finance professionals across industries to extend their professional networks and discover new opportunities throughout the Atlanta metro area and beyond.
Bill Creekmuir is the President of Pinnacle Search Partners, LLC. Prior to his current role, he was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of private-equity owned Simmons Bedding Company in Atlanta from 2000 – 2011 and was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of publicly traded LADD Furniture in Greensboro, NC from 1992 – 2000. His earlier years were spent with Big Four accounting giant KPMG where he was ultimately named Partner, and held responsibilities in both the United States and Ireland. Bill is a member of the Board of Directors of Party City Holdco Inc. (NYSE). He also serves on a number of private company Advisory Boards, is a member of the President’s Advisory Council at Elon University, Trustee of Holy Innocents’ Episcopal School and several other local boards of directors. Bill is set to speak about trends in today’s job market and share some tips for CFO candidates to make themselves more marketable.
Lindsay Fluke leads Pinnacle’s executive search in finance and accounting. She has over 10 years’ experience in mid- to executive-level search and 6 years in accounting consulting with PricewaterhouseCoopers. She has placed candidates at all levels of finance, accounting, tax, treasury, internal audit and pricing. Her clients have included companies in private equity, manufacturing, technology, retail, nonprofit, real estate and public accounting. Prior to entering executive search, Lindsay was part of the Advisory Services and Internal Audit teams at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she served Fortune 500 telecom, REIT and hospitality clients.
