Pinnacle Search Hires Two New Team Members

Atlanta, GA – May 18, 2026 – Pinnacle Search, a global executive search firm headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, is pleased to announce the addition of Alicia Newnam and Brianna Grutadaurio to the Pinnacle Search team in the roles of Senior Project Coordinator & Executive Assistant and Project Coordinator & Executive Assistant.

Alicia brings more than 20 years of executive support experience, partnering with C-Suite leaders, their teams, and clients across a wide range of industries, including healthcare, consulting, QSR, and with particular depth in executive search. Alicia will work closely with Pinnacle’s Private Equity and CFO-Suite Practices and their clients, leveraging her roots in consulting and her 10+ years of experience at Russell Reynolds in its private equity practice. 

Brianna brings 6 years of professional services experience as a Project Coordinator and Executive Assistant from Nashville-based retained executive search and accounting firms. She grew up in the Atlanta area, and we are so happy to welcome her home! 

Brianna will be supporting our Furnishings and Construction & Building Products Practice Leaders and our clients in these industries.
